Member Testimonials

I'd like to thank you and the members of the Sadv for welcoming Kass into the association. Kass has serviced the local construction market for the past 20 years. Like many of your members we've enjoyed the good times and endured the bad ones. As new members to the SADV we have already experienced many of the benefits that come with belonging to an organization that gets involved and are not mere bystanders. The process in which members vet new as well as established contractors has been extremely informative. Kass is pleased to be a part of this. We would like to thank you again for all your help over the past year and look forward to 2012.

I believe the most interesting and rewarding part of the SADV is the networking. There are representatives of just about every trade in the construction and supply industries with the same issues that we experience and by talking with others you find new and innovative ideas to address them. There are many valuable tools that the SADV offers that help you excel in business along with being able to protect your business from valuable information you learn through the BPI. Making new friends along the way is just the added bonus!

SADV has given me the opportunity to work with other subcontractors at the Board of Director level. As a Board, we work diligently to get the word out about our best kept secret’, SADV. I enjoy having a forum to associate, network, and discuss issues within the industry with other subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, owners, architects and engineers.

What do I like most about SADV? The people! I have made some good friends and met so many important, well-connected folks by being involved with SADV. I also value the interaction at BPI a great deal, because avoiding the “Land mines” of troubled owners, troubled projects or troubled contractors is essential for continued business success.

SADV monthly meetings allow me to see who has been able to make changes to contracts, and to what extent. Also, the networking opportunities with fellow members.
